On The Day

Our ceremony will take place at Clock Barn, Tufton Warren, Whitchurch RG28 7RB
The ceremony begins at 1:30pm, and guests are warmly invited to arrive from 12:30pm.
We’ll be celebrating both our ceremony and reception all in the same beautiful location, so there’s no need to travel between venues -

We’re really hoping to be blessed with good weather on our wedding day, but as we’re getting married in the UK, we’re prepared for all eventualities! Luckily, the ceremony will take place indoors, and Clock Barn has plenty of beautiful indoor spaces, so we’ll still be able to celebrate comfortably whatever the weather.

Yes! We’ll be providing reception drinks and canapés, followed by a three-course wedding breakfast and evening food. While we’ll do our best to keep everyone well refreshed throughout the day, Clock Barn also has a bar available should you fancy something different.

We absolutely encourage plenty of photos and videos throughout our day! That said, we kindly ask that you don’t take photos or film during the ceremony so our photographers can do their thing (and don’t have to Photoshop any phones out later!).

Yes, there is a bar. The bar is card only, so no need to bring cash.
Dress Code

Formal attire, please! With a July wedding in mind, we’d love to see bright, vibrant colours — but most importantly, wear something you feel comfortable in.
Our Maid of Honour and bridesmaid will be in blue, but feel free to wear it too if you wish. We just ask that you please don’t wear white or ivory. -

Yes — as Clock Barn is set on a farm, there are both paved areas and grassy spaces throughout the venue. We recommend keeping this in mind when choosing footwear, especially heels.
RSVP & Invitations

There are a few ways to RSVP.
The easiest way is online — simply locate the RSVP section at the bottom of the home page or in the top-right corner of each page, complete the form, and submit it.Alternatively, you can send a message to Grace using the phone number or email address listed on your paper invitation. Please remember to let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, our venue is quite small. For this reason, we can only invite the guests named on the invitation, and unfortunately we’re unable to offer additional plus ones. Thank you for understanding.

Once the RSVP deadline has passed, we’re unable to make changes for guests who initially responded that they couldn’t attend.
That said, if you need to update dietary requirements or notify us that you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Guests are required to be off site by midnight. We recommend booking a taxi or arranging transport from 11:30pm onwards. Further details can be found on the travel page.

There is ample car parking at Clock Barn. Cars can be left overnight but must be collected by 11 am the next morning.
